Welcome to Veedoraa ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any video production or creative services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Veedoraa provides professional video production services, including SaaS explainer videos, YouTube video editing, short-form content, video ads, VSLs, motion graphics, product demo videos, and white-label video production. Every project is delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, and requirements discussed before production begins.
Each engagement is based on a mutually agreed project scope. Any additional requests outside the approved scope may require additional time, pricing, or a revised delivery timeline.
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may delay or pause ongoing work until outstanding balances are cleared.
Each project includes the agreed number of revision rounds. Revision requests should remain within the approved project scope. Requests that significantly change the original concept may be treated as a new project.
Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Veedoraa reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing through a confidentiality agreement.
We respect the confidentiality of every client. Any unpublished products, business information, or proprietary materials shared with us will remain confidential unless written permission is provided.
Delivery estimates are based on the agreed project scope. Delays caused by missing assets, delayed feedback, or scope changes may extend delivery dates.
Veedoraa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
Once production has started, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed individually depending on the project stage and completed work.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Some projects may include licensed music, stock footage, fonts, or other third-party assets. These assets remain subject to their original license terms and may not be reused outside the delivered project unless permitted by the respective license.
Veedoraa shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, cyber incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws agreed upon between Veedoraa and the client. Both parties agree to first attempt resolving disputes through good-faith discussion before pursuing legal action.
